DUKE DINNER CLUB – MONTHLY

Our monthly Duke of Wellington Dinner Club takes place in our back room.  Featuring a 4-course meal of seasonal British produce, the emphasis is on a communal eating experience, think a dinner party in friendly, sociable surroundings, with new friends.

MR BALL’S GAMES NIGHT

Roll up roll up for an an evening of good old fashioned fun.

Guests are divided into teams and play games in the same vein as Pictionary, Charades and Articulate. Each game last for around 20 minutes before players rotate to play a different team at a different game.

Players must register to play by 7.30pm, and games start at 8pm

Our next (6th!) Real Ale Festival runs Thursday 26th January until Sunday 29th January 2012.

We kick off at 3pm on Thursday 26th. As usual all our 8 real ale handpumps will be utilised, plus our back room racking, with  23 real ales direct from the cask available over the course of the festival.

This festival’s theme is New World Hops and New Ale Styles, so there will be lots of interesting ales, including a number brewed especially for us, together with a range of Welsh and West Country real ciders.
