The Duke of Wellington public house has sat on the same site since around 1842.
We serve a wide range of real ales and ciders, great fresh home produced food with an emphasis on local suppliers, a great spirit selection including a wide range of single malts, hand roast coffee, along with free WiFi, board games and a giant screen in our back room for sports and our cinema club.
Our regular events include stand up comedy, film screenings, beer festivals, and more.
We are part of the same small independent group as Whitelock’s Ale House (the oldest pub in Leeds!) and The Deramore Arms in Heslington, York.
